This Website is owned by the Company and operated by the name of "CoCap". The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by Company and You. If parties fail to appoint an arbitrator within 30 (thirty) days after service of the notice of arbitration, such arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

15. Foreign Jurisdiction
